Aiyah i just got bang seh-ed. To the person who bang seh-ed me: if you're reading this now.. feel GUILTY!!! Bwahahah. I hate it when i get bang seh-ed and i hate it when people are more than 20min late.

Anw im becoming a tv junkie.. haha that's what shuying calls me.. I think i can recite the whole Ch 5 and kids central's tv program timings from monday to sunday fer you! Haha the reciting part reminds me of how anand could remember the whole class' telephone numbers and all the bus routes..

I have a freshman orientation camp coming up soon.. -.- i wonder when they say it's a five day camp, do they mean five days only or five days four nights. i hope it's not gonna be like four nights..

Shenyueyue told me she havent decided on whether to stay or to go.. Said she wanna earn more when she graduates so dentistry seems like a better investment. Yeah it sounds logical i guess, but i wud go japn cuz dentistry is not my thing anw~ hehe.

Hubby's working hard to get the course she wants. She's working so hard fer it that it hurts when i hear her say that she's not so hopeful about it anymore. But I understand that no matter how optimistic and determined we are, there's got to be a point when we feel that enough is enough. Then despair kicks in, and after a while when the despair fades away, comes resignation and we succumb to something we know as fate. I know that feeling. When everybody around me affirmed my ability, i thought i could finally achieved something of my own, not as a team effort, but something of my own. So i worked bloody hard for it. I remember fighting with my mum over it cause she said i was neglecting my studies. At that point of time nothing felt more important to me and because i felt that i worked so darn hard for it, when i didnt perform to my expectation, i was crushed. It felt even worst when i saw people who didnt work for it went further than me. So i said to myself, enough is enough, i cant deal with it anymore and i stuck my head back into the school books.

My uni life is going to start soon and im rather reluctant about it. I feel like im losing my friends, they're all leaving me, abandoning me. Sometimes i ask myself, why cant it be the other way round, why cant i leave them instead! Heh then i'll realise what a childish thought it is.. What difference does it make?

i went to update my bank book yesterday.. When i saw the final figure, i must say i had a pretty huge fright. Omg i like totally totally overspent.. Suddenly i wish i hadnt stop work so soon..

Yueyue told me she saw Dawn Yeo yesterday. She said that girl's like a darling, a real life georgeous. I still cant believe she's chinese.. she looks ang moh to me.. Anw yueyue gave me this link to a blog which shows some of her before (photos taken long time ago) and after (recent) photos.. haha okay im daMn sua ku but it turns out that there are rumors that she went for plastic surgery in LA or something.. If that's true, daMn her plastic surgeon must be good cuz she looks nothing like what she was in the older pictures! Shenyueyue said she doesnt look plastic at all leh.. wah if did so many procedures and still doesnt look plastic, the surgeon's pro! Hahaha by that point of our lil chat i was telling yueyue, "aiyah. i want her plastic surgeon leh." i'll get a lipo, tummy tuck, den a sharper and more narrow nose.. hmm maybe bigger eyes and boobs! =P Then again, scully the end result of all the surgeries dun look well together and all in all the features totally dun compliment each other, den it'll be a nightmare!

i just saw an advertisement which i love.. It's a car ad.. It says:

In the women's world, men will be tailor made.
In the women's world, high heels will not hurt.
In the women's world, husbands will give birth.
In the women's world, diamonds will grow on trees.
And in the women's world, all cars will be like this.

Haha, i wish i live in a women's world.. The high-heels-will-not-hurt part is super attractive..

I finally watched Da Vinci.. okay so most people were right.. It wasnt great. Quite far from great actually.. It wasquite draggy and dry and it didnt really help that i know what's gonna happen next.. Aiya and they changed the story!! Alright, not really important parts of the story but they changed a few details, like instead of finding her grandma and her brother in a quiet church, Sophie found her grandma only and there was this whole crowd of people from the priory of scion waiting for her in the church.. I was like wth! haha.. I think that the book's too long to be made into a movie la.. It's just like the case of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, quite alot of the things in the book were not in the movie so yupp most people preferred the book. Hee harry potter was a much better movie tho~ cuz got Emma Watson inside. =P

GV was terrible. Why? Cause they wasted lyk forty minutes of my time. im a supporter of Cathay cine so i almost always watch there.. anw so we went to GV at PS fer Da Vinci it was supposed to start at 1.20pm.. we went in at 1.10 and we watched commercials till like 1.30! That's twenty minutes leh! Cine seldom/almost always doesnt screen commercials. So anw after the 20min of commercials, out came this short cartoon from pixar, "The One Man Band", which if any of you had watched the cartoon "Cars", you guys would have seen it too. Anw aft the short pixar production finishes, out came the cartoon cars!! OmG. Everyone in the theatre was like oh-no-are-we-in-the-right-theatre? Then i saw people standing up and leaving the theatre, and after the cartoon rolled fer lyk 5 or 10 min the screen went blank and the techinician said, "due to technical difficulties, the correct film will be starting in ten minutes' time." Ha.ha. so there goes, by the time the movie started, it was like 1.50 plus plus plus. HmpF.

I saw the garfield trailer.. Although im not exactly a fan of garfield i must say that this movie looks quite promising.. haha i wouldnt mind watching it..

I went fer a buffet at the rotating restaurant at the top of Mandarine Hotel.. The food was okay, but the desserts were great!! Check out these yummy delights..

Today's shenyueyue's day off so we went......... shopping! ^-^ HeE. im still super fascinated by my camera.. so here's a few random pictures~

Hehe.. i took this myself k.. and i got it on the first shot! hahaha abit not centralized but im still quite proud of it.. aft i took the pic i was lyk "omg my hands are long enuf to do this.."

Hmm i forgot to take down the name of the restaurant.. They serve pretty good jap food, plus the price is quite reasonable for the grade of food they serve.. oh oh! Opposite the jap restaurant, there's this very cute restaurant... hahaha why i found it cute.. cuz it's a japanese western food restaurant!! hahaha so cute right! Actually it's not really as confusing as it sounds.. Basically, they serve western food, like escargots, steak, lamb chops etc except that they cook it the jap style.. hmm if you guys get to go japan, you all should try out their western food.. Itz superb~ The difference btw jap western food and western (as in ang moh) western food is not alot la, but both are nice lor.. Anw try! haha cuz i say try!

Shenyueyue and i went to collect our A level certs in the morning.. RJ looks alot nicer now leh.. haha at first we couldnt really tell why but after a while we noticed small differences that made a huge difference to the overall look of our campus.. They tiled our foyer (yup, no more cement foyer), they took away the ugly glass cabinets outside the general office and they have done up the walls outside the HOD rooms with all the names of the scholars and council presidents.. Met Brady at the general office.. dunno why he's not in army today leh..

We went NUS to apply for hostel straight after getting our certs.. haha yueyue says we're daMn efficient, cuz we collected cert, applied for hostel, ate and shopped within like half a day.. Yeah quite pro i guess.. hahaha if i were to go with shuying, the shopping alone would take a full day.. =P

My poor feet are so painful right now.. There's so many blisters on my feet that i dun feel like counting.. i think i'll get grossed out if i go and count cuz then i'll have to look at them.. i hope dettol's useful.. i dun wanna wake up tml morning and see pus.. i dun understand how ladies can endure the pain which those 女人 shoes inflict upon them.. i left the house at 10am and by 12 noon, i could barely walk straight.. i was wobbling! The stupid pair of heels (those pointy pointy kind which covers the whole foot) rubbed dunno how many blisters on my poor feet.. Argh. Do most people get blisters from this kind of shoes? Or am i like super unfortunate cuz i've got super sensitive skin.. Hmpf. Guess im not cut out to wear ladies shoes..

I din buy alot of things today.. but still i ended up spending quite alot la.. cuz of the lunch.. haha not that im complaining about the price, in fact i think the price is quite reasonable.. It's just that im so used to eating ex-er food with my parents (and of course when i eat with my parents i dont pay), im not used to paying so much for food.. =P Yupp, anw i only bought a jacket and a t-shirt today and im quite proud of myself for not spending more.. hahah i wanted to get this green mini skirt and a turquoise T, in the end, din get la.. Just curious.. do you like your jackets to be just nice (as in fitting) or loose/huge? i prefer the latter.. i think jackets look nicer when they're bigger.. so i always end up with L or men's sizes.. Shenyueyue likes fitting ones.. and she actually asked me whether she should get size S or M.. lol. "Get the bigger one la! Jackets are meant to be huge!" i said. Yueyue gave me the dont-be-ridiculous look and said "No!" but in the end she took the bigger one anyways.. hEe. i won!

This is my new camera! Nice or not? Burnt a hole in my pocket.. But it feels good though, to be able to afford something this ex on my own.. Hahaha.. actually i kinda regret picking the orange one.. The more i look at it the more i think the silver one is nicer.. Oh wells. It's still nice! And itz mega slim~ 18mm thick i think.. Love it.
